Well Cooler stated that in he's fourth form he had a disadvantage against Frieza and Frieza could have beaten him so that would be a close fight but Coolers final transformation is just to much he destroysnFtieza in my opinion

I'm with the professor here FrieA and he's entire population were working under the better ki manipulation Cooler might be older but that doesn't making hem a better fighter |

I don't know if it's youki or shouki, but I know Freeza has more of one of them. In other words, more will power, maybe even confidence coming from the other. Freeza's will power may win him this fight if it were to come down to the very end. Them down to fighting in space against each other. |

Freeza is in my own eyes more evil. It's a good reason he was King Cold's "preferred" child, so to speak. Cooler has more battle honor, which in turn will screw him over. ^ I'll go with this hypothesis. |

He's afraid to lose but not afraid to take himself out to not lose. That's a great advantage against someone who has a less powerful & evil personality. |

I always thought Cooler showed more ki manipulation skills, he generated a bigger Desu Boru than Frieza but also in a shorter amount of time. But honestly I can see Frieza tanking a lot of his attacks with his larger endurance and will power, and outlasting his brother in a fight. |

It's implied that Cooler doesn't surpass Freeza until he transforms, and though the gap is never implied to be big, there is still that gap implication. Final Form Cooler would ****stomp any form of Freeza an in terms of endurance, Cooler has actually shown more. This is the guy who got blasted into the sun, was reduced to a head and some brain matter and survived not only the sun and all it's glorious 6,000 degrees C. surface temperature, but also survived long enough to somehow escape the sun, and live long enough to reach the Ghetti Star and rebuild himself. Freeza, who's endurance is outright hax in its own regard has nothing on that. Cooler has actually shown more Ki control and manipulation but hasn't shown the same amount of abilities Freeza has, though this is probably less on having less and more on just not showing everything but that's beyond the point he's also clearly shown to be much more used to his forms, and isn't stressed by the strain that Freeza has when he uses his full power. I'd in the end give it about 50/50, maybe 55/45 in Cooler's favor. |

Cooler maybe wins with his Supernova. He was much weaker than Gokuu yet he was able to give him trouble.... |

Cooler said he could gather his energy much quicker than Freeza, and his fifth form didn't drain his stamina like Freeza's 100% power. He's got no real disadvantages in this fight. |

Freeza would lock the Cooler up with his Entrapment Ball and send him to Hell. I'd like to see Cooler come at Freeza with something like that. And that was the tip of Freeza's iceberg of great techniques he had for use. |
